Guys, let's be honest. No used laptop with a 4th Gen Intel CPU in it is going to be in new condition. Please don't expect that. That said, this one is well seasoned, however works like a champ. Minor scrapes/scratches/wear marks throughout. Screen works well, minor smudges etc. Hinges still work as intended and holds screen well. I've upgraded the RAM to 16GB, upgraded the 5400RPM HDD to a 512GB SSD, replaced the failed AC Adapter as well as the battery. I've installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and it's up to date and ready to go!

Shipping & Handling

All products will be securely wrapped in the condition noted above and shipped via UPS, with insurance. Tracking will be provided upon shipment. I only ship to verified addresses on file with eBay within the United States only. Any purchases over $499 require an adult signature for insurance purposes. Handling may take up to 48 hours, but in most cases, ships within 24 hours. Please understand that UPS may take up to 24 hours for their site to update with tracking status - AFTER the package has been dropped off to their facility. The tracking number posted on the order page in eBay is the correct tracking information.
