MacBook Air M1 13" 2020 8GB 250GB A2337 Ventura CANADIAN ISSUE READ

DOES NOT COME WITH USB-C CHARGER

This 2020 M1 Air has been wiped and has a fresh install of Ventura.  However, it does not wake from sleep without closing the lid, an issue I have not been able to figure out.  If it sleeps, and you wake it quickly, the screen does come back on, but if you wait 1-2 minutes, the key illumination comes on, but not the screen backlight (faint image is visible).  At that point if you close the computer, and open it again, the backlight returns.  I do not know what causes this issue and am therefore selling as-is.

This computer also has a CANADIAN keyboard, so please look at the pictures and make sure you can live with the. difference in keys.

Physically, this laptop has dents on back of screen lid as shown.  

Because of the wake from sleep issue, I am selling as-is and with no returns.
