Up for auction is my old intel based macbook. I upgraded to a new M2 device so I no longer need this. Auction also includes the original Apple 85W USB-C charger and cable.

This is a custom build based off of the MR942LL/A specs but with the RAM upgraded to 32GB and the addition of a discrete Radeon/Vega 560X GPU/graphics chip.

N.B.

1> There is some physical damage/cracks in the plastic housing/enclosure on the bottom left of the display. The plastic cracked and a piece fell off around 2 years ago; the screen and laptop work fine; I had a piece of electrical tape over the damage but removed it to take pictures for the auction; there are several close ups showing the damage.

2> The laptop has always run pretty hot under load, I was going to re-paste it to try and bring the thermals down but never got around to it.

3> The internal battery was replaced by apple under warranty around 2020.

4> The laptop case has some dings and scratches; take a look at the pictures and message me with any questions before bidding

5> The bottom of the case has 2 kickstands installed to help with heat dissipation; they're simply stuck on and can be removed if you don't care for them.
