CONDITION

Please see list below for specifics. All of the units have various levels of scratches and scuffing in the case, but none have any major damage suck as holes or cracks. We will not break up the lot for individual sales of units. No partial returns will be accepted. Returns of the lot will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total value of the sales invoice.

Customer Service Information

We are available for customer service questions and concerns Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 3:30pm Mountain Standard Time, excluding holidays and emergency-related closures. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday, and any communications sent between Friday at 3:30pm and Sunday night will NOT be responded to until the next business day (normally Monday). 

We can answer questions and concerns much more accurately and quickly through the email.


SHIPPING:

WE WILL NOT SHIP to any address that is not the confirmed registered address of the winning bidder. No exceptions. Before paying, please ensure your address in eBay is confirmed and is the address you want the item shipped to.

Items are shipped 1-2 business days after payment (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays or emergency-related closures).

Items will be shipped standard ground using either UPS or the US Postal Service, depending upon the size of the order and the shipping address. Some auctions may not be available to customers outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. A tracking number will be sent to the registered email address of the buyer by our automated system. Please wait about a day before attempting to track a shipment as it may not be in the shipping service's system prior to that time.

Due to various certifications and federal regulations our recycling facility must follow, and due to numerous negative issues in the past, we do not ship to international or APO addresses. 

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

All products sold carry a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We will replace the item(s) or offer a full refund. This policy is consistent with, and extends, the eBay Money Back Guarantee. You can purchase with confidence knowing that this guarantee is in place. Our policy replaces any original manufacturer warranty or guarantee. Any warranties for this product are fulfilled by the seller and not by the OEM. All trademarks referenced are property of their respective holders and are used for identification purposes only.

No partial returns will be accepted. Returns of the lot will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total value of the sales invoice.

If an item returned is unnecessarily damaged due to negligence, altered, incomplete, or different from the item originally shipped, the return may be denied. Standard ground shipping charges are covered in the warranty, but we will not pay the additional shipping charges incurred if the item is returned using expedited or overnight shipping. We will not pay additional shipping charges incurred to any item that has been redirected to an international shipping address. Any attempt to commit fraud through a return will be addressed through the auction site and, if necessary, with legal action.

Payments 

Payment is due within 7 days of the auctions close.

Due to the nature of our business, we don't know which products we will receive or how much of it we will have available on a day-to-day basis. While we will do our best to accommodate any customer requests for specific product, we cannot guarantee having an item available to sell beyond what we have currently listed online.
