Please see picture of actual Item.   Laptop functions perfectly with reinstallment of IOS.    Laptop cover is dented,  discoloration on lid,  Scratches on Laptop.   Though there are lots of blemish. this does not affect the function of the laptop.    I recently upgraded this to 16GB memory with a 256GB SD card.  It  does seem to run alot faster.  If you do not mind the blemish, then this is a good deal
