Laptop boots up to Apple logo but never gets past the loading bar.  You can access the macOS Utilities menu, and i was able to use the Disc Utility to perform First Aid.  However, I couldn't reinstall macOS Sierra because the computer needs to verify its eligibility with Apple, and it has no Internet connectivity.

Includes original box, set up guide, and Apple decals as issued.  Also, magnetic charger plug and unused three-prong extender cord which may not be original issue.
