This MacBook Pro is virtually new with the exception of the screen which cracked when it was only one week old. The left side of the screen does not work. The track pad has a crack in it but functions fine. Apple ran diagnostics and it passed everything, including the battery. Apple wiped the hard drive and updated the operating system.
