This is used and sold as-is. This does have normal scratches and dents on the chassis. Like a lot of these models, the charger doesn't always work on the first time. Just unplug the Magsafe end and reconnect for it to be detected. Battery holds a charge with the diagnostics reading Normal condition. Still picks strong wifi signal, able to run macOS Big Sur, and will be reset to factory settings before shipping. This is a great budget buy.
