~SHIPPING POLICIES~

Items purchased before 8 AM (CST) (Mon-Fri) will be shipped same day. Orders after 8 AM (CST) will be shipped the next business day.
Items 13 oz. or less will be shipped 1st class mail. Items over 13 oz. will be shipped priority mail.

Attention: After an item has been marked as shipped, it is at the mail carrier's discretion whether they pick up the outgoing mail for that day or not. Please keep this in mind, thank you.

~PAYMENT POLICIES~

Payment is due immediately upon purchasing the item.

~RETURN POLICY~

All of our items are eligible to be returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in the exact same condition and packaging that they were received in with all original pieces included. Failure to do so may void the return policy. You may return an item for any reason. However, since we offer free shipping and returns, we have to charge a restocking fee on returned items because it would be very costly for us if we didn't. The amount of the fee is based on the individual return. We do our absolute best to describe items as accurately as possible however mistakes or unforeseen instances beyond our control do happen. If an item you receive is not as described we will pay for the return shipping costs and will not charge a restocking fee. If you alter the item’s condition, we charge a minimum of 20%. If there are any issues that are discovered after purchase that we didn’t know about, and you request a return, you will be charged a 50% restock fee and will not be able to purchase from us again, since our listing clearly states above that “IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH IT, WE ARE UNAWARE OF IT AND YOU ASSUME THAT RISK WHEN PURCHASING THIS”
