This computer was refreshed to OS X Yosemite, 10.10.1 and appears to be  working fine. No CD's included w/ computer.

The computer appears to have a bloated battery which has caused issues with the case and mousepad - unit was not opened up to verify this.

Screen, keyboard, hinges, appear to be in good condition.
There is a rather large dent on the bottom cover - see photos
