I bought this directly from Apple and have been the only user, always in a pet-free, smoke-free environment. It works fine for me, and was never damaged, repaired or refurbished. The last OS used was Big Sur version 11.7.2.

You will receive the items shown in the photos: the MacBook Pro, power adaptor (2019), extension cable, and the original box and literature.

Reminder: This is a late 2013 model, so the USB and Thunderbolt ports are not the latest versions.
