Shipments are usually processed within one business day after payment has been cleared.  Once an order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to you.  If your item arrives damaged please hold the item and packaging and contact us immediately.  

30 Day Return Policy

Item must be returned within 30 days and in original condition that it was received in. Refunds for altered, damaged, used items may be subject to deduction. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after receiving the item from the buyer. If the machine malfunctions within 30 days contact us immediately for resolution. We pay the shipping back to us with a shipping carrier of our choice. We provide advice on software or OS issues if requested.

Regardless of the reason for a return, we pay for return shipping. If you believe your item has arrived with a defect, please write us through eBay messaging BEFORE starting a return request. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue while attempting to avoid a return. Please note that returned items that show any signs of tampering or damage, including removal of the bottom case, or changing hardware parts will be reported to eBay and blocked from future purchases.
