This is my wife's laptop.&nbsp; The display broke when a piece of kitchen equipment fell and hit the screen as she was reading a recipe (see picture) so I decided to purchase her a new laptop.&nbsp; I hooked it up to an external display (as you can see in pictures) and factory reset.&nbsp; I removed password from temp user I had to create after hard drive reset.<div><br></div><div>The laptop has run well since purchased from Best Buy in 2019.&nbsp; She used it lightly for casual use.&nbsp; Support ran out in 2022.&nbsp; I don't have the motivation to replace the display but I'm sure someone out there does.</div>
