For a 2012 laptop, it is fast and reliable! Until recently, it was being used as a secondary work station for processing graphics and photos using Photoshop and Lightroom (not included). I had Mac OS Mojave installed before I wiped it, it now has OS Mountain Lion (10.8.5). But, it can be upgraded back to Mojave through this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683
