Battery Information

Used batteries are taken to a full charge and then the laptop is unplugged to monitor battery health. During our testing periods, the battery status indicator must indicate at least 1+ hours while on standby. Please note that this is only an indication of battery health and that batteries can be good for 4 hours (or longer), but we only guarantee at least 1 hour. Battery life can vary enormously according to workload and overall condition. Battery health can be difficult to gauge without exhaustive, time-consuming tests, so we do not guarantee used batteries. Used Battery will hold a charge but we cannot guarantee charge capacity.

Warranty Information

A basic 90 Days Warranty is included on all laptops. The warranty covers hardware failure and labour costs. If a part needs to be replaced to fix the issue, it’s a warranty-related matter. Warranty does not include problems caused by abuse, tampering, changing or upgrading components, software issues such as malware or viruses, deleted files or changes to the configuration.
