Condition: Preowned, used,  factory reset, Windows 11 updated, fully functional and works as intended. Laptop charges, holds a solid charge, powers up, display is bright and crisp, connects to WIFI, surfs the interwebs, and speakers sound clear. The down arrow key on the keyboard is loose and needs replacement and  when not in use the display screen shows scuff marks from contact with the keyboard when closed. 
Appearance: scuffing/marking to exterior surfaces from handling/storage.
