Condition

Display is in excellent condition. Keyboard and track pad are in excellent condition. Battery is in normal condition and continues to hold good charge. Few cosmetic scratches on the top and side of the enclosure body (see pictures).

Return Policy

• The configuration of the item has been described and recorded in detail, and pictures have been given as proof. The condition of the item has been recorded and noted in detail by pictures at all angles. Thus, return of the item without the correct configuration will not be accepted. Return of the item not matching the original condition will not be accepted. Returns must be in original packaging. 
• This item is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. We must be notified before the item is returned. We do not accept requests for returns after 14 days from the day of receipt of the package.
• Since this is a used computer, we do not take care of software issues or performance issues. We will not accept any products back if they have been damaged, not in the original condition, or if there is user-caused failure of the item.
• Returns without appropriate reasons will be charged a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee of 25% may apply if the customer fails to return any accessories or parts belonging to the product.
