16GB ram with 512GB SSD. 10th gen i5 at 1.7GHz 

Screen (touch) is 1920x1080  

 Ports are power, USB-C, Lenovo Dock, USB-A, HDMI, USB-A, headphone/mic, Kensington lock, fingerprint reader.

Screen works fine all pixels ok. 

Right most keys on keyboard are sticky. They work fine, just sometimes slow to pop up from liquid. 

Your choices are:

do nothing and it may get better over time as it dries.

replace rubber spring under a key that's sticky.

replace entire keyboard. Not sure which is best , only you can decide.
