Apple MacBook Pro 13" (256GB SSD, Intel Core i5 7th Gen., 2.30 GHz, 8GB RAM). There is a small amount of damage in the bezel (easily fixed for a few dollars) and there is visual water underneath the screen showed in the pictures above.
