COSMETIC CONDITION: Good condition, has heavy scratches on the bottom, light scratches on top, screen is clean with light signs wear nothing major.

Left shift key does not work; all other keys work fine.

There’s a cracked area in the black plastic edge of the seem between the screen and the keyboard doesn’t affect the functionality of the laptop, see up close photo for more details.

Battery fully charges and will hold charge well for several hours, BUT if you let the battery go all the way dead without plugging it in before it shuts down it will take a very long time to recover and turn on again after it’s fully charged. You will need to hold the power button down for a full minute or two before it starts up.

All other functions of the laptop work well.

Laptop has been fully erased and restored to factory settings.
