Returns:

If the device you purchased is found to be defective, we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery. To open a return request, simply go to your "My eBay" or click Purchase History. Locate the item you wish to return within your purchase history. To the right of each item, select "More Actions" and then "Return this Item".

Refunds:

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your original method of payment.

Disclaimer:

Item must be returned within the same condition it was received. Anything returned from buyer's remorse will be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum). No refund will be applied to returns damaged by the buyer or altered in any way.
