Auction Sales Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !

 

BY PLACING A BID YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

Payment must be received within 7 days of the completion of the auction, or we will contact the next highest bidder without

notification to the original bidder.

 

All payments must be made via PAYPAL.  We will only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses. We will not ship to an unconfirmed PAYPAL address.

We only ship within the Continental U.S.  We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

 

A Non-Payer Alert will be issued if the buyer supplies an unconfirmed address with the payment. In addition we reserve the right to relist the item

if payment has not been received within a 7 day time frame.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, no matter what. No refunds will be issued.

 

After 3 days of the buyer receiving the item or if the item was described as being sold "as is".  We are not responsible for any software or operating system 

Problems that may occur with any of the laptops that we sell. We will only address hardware issues with laptops. All items are shipped 2-5 business days

after receipt of payment.  Some items may take up to 10 days for delivery so please

 allow for this time frame before contacting us regarding the status of an item.  We only ship via FEDEX ground.
