Computer has some scuffs but is in pretty good physical condition overall. The shell had an adhesive cover film on it which I removed to sell, so the flat surfaces are very smooth.  The edges have bumps here and there.  You can see them in the pictures.

The Screen is dark.  If you hold up a strong flashlight you can barely see the desktop on screen.

I am able to view desktop on external monitor hooked up by HDMI and use the computer to do whatever it is designed to do, just on the external monitor.

Other than the screen, everything else works great and has great specs… custom ordered with faster and bigger memory and HD storage

I erased and reset the contents of the hard drive.

This is my start up procedure…

Connect external monitor via HDMI to USB-C cable.

Wait a few minutes to be sure boot up is finished and waiting for user password…

Tap spacebar four times, hit return.

Look at external monitor for cursor, move cursor over and above top of external monitor and you should see top menu appear

Use computer as you normally would with an external monitor.

I don't know if i9 chip is 9th generation.  I had to select something and I think that is it.
