This computer is in a case and always has been.  Plastic see thru Case is included in sale! Any scratches you see are only on the plastic case.  The keyboard is like brand new, has a see thru cover on it that is included.  This computer has never been abused in any way and is in perfect working order. It comes in it's original box both inner and outer boxes. It includes charger and cable.  Perfect working order.  Because of lithium iron batteries this must be shipped by UPS or FedX.
