Condition:  Laptop powers on to a BAD / CRACKED LCD DISPLAY.  End of testing.     Windows 10 INSTALLED.  Resolution is 1920x1080.    Keyboard is not BACKLIT.     WIFI  is working.    AC POWER ADAPTER IS  NOT INCLUDED.    Drivers are NOT INSTALLED.
