This laptop is for people who are capable of repairing or rebuilding.


Laptops boot to BIOS and pass a stress test.  There are no HDD's, HDD caddies, or AC adapters included in this sale.  The SATA cables are included.  The batteries are included but we do not guarantee the lifespans and they may need to be replaced.  One unit has a cracked screen that makes prevents the touchscreen functionality from working.  Each unit is missing some backplate screws.  One unit is missing the touch stylus.  One unit is missing the "Backspace" key from the keyboard.  There is some scuffing and scraping along the frames.  There is some wear to the keyboards, track-pads, and palm-rests.  There may be some scratching to the lids and bottom plates. All items are shipped FEDEX or USPS unless otherwise noted.  Insurance is included in the shipping price.   Higher priced items will require a signature ($500 or more).  No exceptions.


We can only ship to the address you provide on the eBay checkout page. Once the item is paid for, we can not change the shipping address.


Please note some lighter items may be shipped out using USPS First Class. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and most major US Holidays). Tracking numbers are sent out when the item is shipped. You will get an email from eBay.

We only ship to the lower 48 US States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We currently offer a free 30-day return policy.  


The item must be returned in the condition it was received.  This means you must package the item up in the same way it was sent.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold up to 50% of the purchase price as per eBay policy.
