This device has been tested and it works. I acquired this at a tech sale event.

It has been restored to factory settings but at the setup screen it asks for a school or work email account for Microsoft.

I use a apple laptop so I wasn't able to supply one but I had someone else use theirs to see if it works and it does.

This item comes with the charger as well.
