Windows 11 Pro included, and fully updated. Passed Lenovo diags at 100%. Fantastic machine. Probably the most perfect T480 I've ever seen. Two small smudges on the lid that will probably wipe off with some alcohol, but not guaranteed. You can barely see them anyway. No scratches, no cracks, no missing keys, no finger pad wear.
