MacBook Pro 15" Retina Mid 2012 MD831LL/A 2.3GHz i7 8GB 256GB SSD Recently wiped and reset. Latest compatible version of MacOS installed: Catalina 10.15.7

Overall Good condition. All functions work. Screen is in good condition. Minor scratches and minor wear on the screen. Some dead pixels in lower left corner (see pictures for details). No signs of staingate.

Touchpad works and has few signs of wear. Palm rests have some minor signs of wear. There are scratches and dings of various sizes and depth throughout the laptop, especially on the corners and the underside. There is some large scratches on the bottom of the laptop. The is a slight bend in the laptop base. It can be seen when the top cover is closed and you look at the side of the laptop. It is most prominent on the left side. This does not affect the function of the laptop and it has been like this for years.

The white lettering on the letter "C" on the keyboard wore off. It has been touched up so it is legible that it is a letter "C". No guarantees on the quality or the longevity of the touchup work. If this bothers you, there's readily available reasonably-priced replacement keys online.
