Condition: it is used and fully functioning, HOWEVER, please see notes below:

- Cosmetics: minor scratches on the top of the laptop, and one of the rubber on the bottom of the laptop is missing, please refer to the pictures.

- Battery: the battery needs to be serviced to restore its full capacity. See picture on the listing. The battery life is not as long but it works fine when it's plugged in.

- Water spill: I did spill a cup of water over the key board recently. I dried it right away and used canned air to make sure it was completely dry and it did not affect the functionality of the laptop, however, you can hear clicking noises under the touchpad occasionally. Please purchase at your own discretion.
