- Can I upgrade to Windows
11?
Windows 11 upgrade will be delivered to qualifying devices late 2021
into 2022. Timing varies by device. Certain features require
additional hardware (see aka.ms/windows11-spec).
- Does the picture show the
actual item on auction/sale?
The pictures in the listing are for illustration purpose only. They
represent a generic version of the items on sale. The items are
still in factory sealed box.
- Can you offer any
discount?
We're offering our items at a very competitive price. We offer a
discount for only for multiple item purchases. Please contact us if
you are planning to purchase large quantities from us.
- How do I know what
warranty I have, when it expires, how to use it, etc.?
Warranty is through the manufacture (Dell or Lenovo) directly. The
warranty information is verifiable with the Service Tag # (for Dell)
and Serial Number (for Lenovo) after you receive the product.
- I live outside the United
States. Can you confirm all import duties?
Import/export is handled entirely by eBay through the Global
Shipping Program. We don't have any control over it. Please consult
with eBay for all import/export related issues.
- I live outside the United
States. How long does it take for the item to arrive?
For international shipment, we typically ship it out to the eBay
warehouses within one business day. The export shipment is handled
by eBay through the Global Shipping Program. Please consult with eBay
for the duration of the shipment.
- Do you offer expedited
shipping?
We do offer expedited shipping including overnight shipping options
for some items within the USA. Please check out the shipping section
of the listing.
- Are there any blemishes
or scratches on this computer? I'm concerned about its appearances.
Can you send actual pictures?
These units are still in factory sealed boxes. We can't check
appearances or provide actual pictures. Based on the OEM's quality
standards and our experience, they are usually in like new
conditions, although we can't offer any guarantees.

SHIPPING

- To be incompliance with eBay’s
fraud prevention policy, item will only be shipped to the address on
the transaction. No exceptions will be made. In case of a mistake on
the address, please contact us to have the order cancelled before it
ships out.
- Item will be shipped out
typically within ONE business day once the payment is cleared.
- Signature will be
required upon delivery on item valued above $250. Please be present
at the delivery address for signing.
- A tracking number will be
provided upon shipment. Orders confirmed on Weekends and on Friday will
be shipped on Monday.
- Free ground shipping
applies to the 48 continental states in the U.S. only. Additional
shipping cost applies to HI/AK/PR, and other U.S. territories
outside the 48 continental states. Please contact us for a shipping
quote.
- No PO box addresses
please.
- No local pickups.
- International buyers
welcome. We ship internationally to countries that are included in
eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). Import/export paperwork,
charges and shipment are all handled by eBay. All shipments under
the GSP are insured against loss or damage in transit. You pay all
shipping, brokerage, and duties/customs fees/VAT up front to eBay
when you check out. Please contact eBay support for any questions.

is available in many countries, but service may vary in each
country. We have no knowledge on the warranty coverage outside the
