Laptop shows minor scratches and scarfs of normal use. We installed a fresh windows 10 Pro.

We were not able to use the two USB ports on the laptop.  flash drive was not detected. We used a USBC flash drive on one of the US-C ports and we were able to read  and install.  I don't know if the USB ports need drivers to be installed or if they are bad, but, the two US-C ports work fine. Laptop ran on battery for   over 30 minutes without issues
