No charger included. MacBook can be charged and holds charge. Screen shattered. Please see photos for condition.

It was working fine except for the screen, I attempted OS reinstallation to erase data from SSD and didn’t succeed. It says “chose disk to install OS to” but no option to select a disk. Disk Utility shows both system partition and SSD are good. I’m not familiar with Apple computers, so I stopped there.
