• Returns and Cancellations:

I do not accept returns due to buyer?s remorse. However, if your order has a hardware fault within 30 days I will accept a return (see eBay money back guarantee)

• If you want to cancel your order, you have up to the time a shipping label is printed or after 24 hours after purchase. Please note, a 3% cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund to cover paypal transaction fees.

• Shipping:

Items usually ship 1-4 business days after purchase with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Note that I am a full time college student and don?t always have time to fulfill orders immediately. Please be understanding. Larger items (i.e not a laptop) sometimes take longer to process, since more packaging is involved.

All orders over $700 will automatically include signature confirmation. If you feel that you would like to have signature confirmation and your order is under $700, please let me know and I will do it at no cost.
