This is a used laptop in good cosmetic condition with light signs of normal use (scrapes, scratches, etc). 

There is a part of the vent grille that is missing on the side (see photos).

There are some very faint scratches on the screen that are only noticeable when the screen is turned off.

All of the built-in Lenovo hardware diagnostics have passed. 

Everything has been thoroughly tested and guaranteed to be fully functional (unless otherwise specified in this listing).

The battery condition is fair. BatteryInfoView software reports a maximum remaining charge capacity of 15,100 mWh out of the originally-designed 23,200 mWh (65% health remaining). However, no testing has been performed to assess actual useful battery life or discharge rate.

A charger is included.
