This listing is for a broken nonfunctioning item and is being sold AS IS.  It is described as for parts or not working. 

The reason it does not function may be any number of issues that make it un-usable and is not limited to the issues stated in the description.  There may be more issues that are undiagnosed.    It's broken. 

A power adaptor is not offered or included in this listing.

Serial numbers and Identification numbers and Stickers are recorded and photographed.

All of the parts in the unit have been discreetly marked for identification.

Return Policy and Warranty

If you would like to make a return please email me for a return merchandise authorization.  Tell me the reason for the return.  I will refund your money or replace the item.  All returns must be dated or post marked within 30 days of receiving the item.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless otherwise stated.    

Items returned for a refund:

1- Parts or Repair items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in order to receive a refund.  Buyer pays shipping both ways and a 10% restocking fee.

2- Pre-Owned items must be returned in the same condition they were sent with the original packaging and documentation.   Buyer pays shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee.

The Buyer pays for shipping both ways means that if free shipping was offered at the time of the purchase then that cost will be deducted from the refund for items returned  for any reason other than the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
