This unit is in very good shape, it has been loaded with Windows 10 Pro. There is a piece of plastic missing on the right side of the unit between a USB port and the Ethernet port, see pictures. In addition, around the edge of the screen there are white marks (Lines), I tried to get a picture but it was hard too. There are a couple of small dents on the top of the unit, I got the best picture that I could. The camera is missing the top plastic cover piece, see photos. The trackpad, touchpad, and keyboard work fine. There are scuffs and scrapes from normal use. There may be sticker, paint or marker residue on the units. I have tested all of the USB ports, the web camera and WiFi, and they all work. There are 2 batteries in this unit and the batteries seem to hold some charge, but the batteries are not warrantied. Pictures are of the actual item. This listing comes with the laptop and Power adapter only.
