This unit has some issues; they are listed below. It has been reset with Windows 10 Pro. This unit has 2 batteries in it. The right hinge is completely broken, see pictures. You can open the laptop, but when you close it you have to be very careful. The laptop is not even when it is closed, see photos. This unit will work perfectly with an external monitor (not included). Also on the top of the unit here is plastic missing. The up arrow and the " key on the keyboard do NOT work but the rest of the keyboard does. The touchpad has a crack on the bottom of it, see photos. One of the ThinkPad emblems is missing. There is some discoloration on the top of the unit. See pictures. The top of the unit has a rubberized top so scratches may be noticable. There are scuffs and scrapes from normal use. There may be sticker or marker residue on the units. I have tested all of the USB ports, the web camera and WiFi, and they all work. The batteries seem to hold a charge, but the batteries are not warrantied. Pictures are of the actual item. This listing comes with the laptop and Power adapter only.
