I've searched completed eBay auctions, nationwide on Craigslist, and through any Apple refurbished outlets. I believe you'll find that this best price you're going to find anywhere for this configuration on a mostly new (or otherwise) 16" M1 with this configuration. Most listings you'll see for the 16" at this price-point will be for the 512 GB model and this has the 1 TB. That is a $360 additional bump, a less common configuration, and very helpful if you do anything that requires some extra space.

Also -- I am a huge fan of this generation of Apple laptops and happy to talk you through your decision process if you're considering this one. Please note this one has the 1 TB SSD vs the much more common 500 GB, which is super handy.
