[Payment Policy]
--We accept payments through the Marketplace or PayPal. We can only ship to the address on the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order, if it does not pass verifications, or seems fraudulent or suspicious.
--We charge sales tax in NJ state. State taxes will be calculated at checkout.
[Shipping Policy]
--We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. PO Box shipments are only shipped via USPS. We offer standard free shipping on all items. If your order requires expedited shipping, please contact us via E-Bay's message center for a quote.
--Standard shipping time from the date of shipment is usually 3-5 business days to the East Coast and/or Midwest, 4-8 business days to the West Coast including AK/HI and 7-15 business days for US Territories.
--All returned or refused packages will incur shipping expenses in both directions. Please note we can only ship to the address provided to us by the Marketplace or Payment Processor.
--Serial numbers, where applicable, will be recorded to your order history.
[Return Policy]
--We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy. Some items may have additional return restrictions; please see listing for detail. Food, Media, Health & Personal Care products are not returnable but may qualify for a refund if damaged or defective.
--For questions or issues, please contact us and we we will make it right.
--All returns must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund. A restock fee of up to 20% maybe applied for returns after inspection.
