Factory refurbished by Apple! Was never removed from the vertical laptop holder on my desk and remained closed (used as a desktop, never traveled with it). I never used the keyboard because I used a wireless keyboard/mouse. I attempted to switch from PC to Mac, and needless to say I am going back to PC. I'm not a Mac person and switching in my mid 30's was a mistake haha. The computer functions and appears as new. Flawless in every way. I paid almost $1900 for it. My loss is your gain :)
