Clean, used Lenovo ThinkPad T530, Model # 2394BF7.
256GB SSD, Intel Core i7-3720QM with 4-cores/8-threads, 2.60GHz, 16GB RAM. 15.6" (396mm) HD (1366x768) color, anti-glare, LED backlight screen, 16:9 aspect ratio, 500:1 contrast ratio
UEFI BIOS updated to latest version v2.77 and Ubuntu Linux Desktop v22.04 LTS pre-installed. In addition to the Intel HD4000 graphics, this machine also has the integrated NVIDIA Optimus NVS 5400M graphics controller.
It runs great and performs well but there is slight defect in the across the very top of the LCD display - not really noticeable and does not interfere with use so this would be a great laptop for a student or if you wish, for parts alone.
Also periodically displays at POST the message "The battery installed is not supported by this system and will not charge. Please replace the battery with the correct Lenovo batter for this system. Press the ESC key to continue". This is a bogus message from BIOS that can be ignored - I've already installed a quality new 70+ (4400mAh) Li-ion battery that charges and runs the laptop just fine. I've read this message is a relatively new Lenovo UEFI BIOS "feature" designed to drive sales of Lenovo replacement batteries. The new battery alone cost me right at $50 in October 2022!
Laptop includes one A/C adapter/charger.
Will be wrapped in a bubble wrap and carefully packed for shipping via UPS or FedEx (I no longer ship via USPS due to damage of packages!).
