This laptop is almost new. My son got this for Christmas last year for a gaming laptop and has really hardly used it because our internet connection is horrible living in the country with no high speed internet. This will be factory reset and it does have some surface scratches you can see in the pic. The scratches look worse in picture. Also looks like back seem is scratched or scuffed but its just the manufacturing plastic protective layer coating that was left on it thats little pealed. Pretty postive we have it's original box that I will ship it in. Thanks for looking
