The item is in good condition, there are some minor scratches on the aluminum, but the screen is in good shape. The charger is included, but is slightly beat up from use, but will still charge just fine.

The only real issue with the computer is that the laptop hinge is slightly loose so if the tilt angle is too extreme, sometimes it will go backwards to its limit but this is not generally noticeable.
