Functionality
This laptop powers on without issue using AC adapter (Not Inc). I had no problems navigating the BIOS to verify the configuration. Without a hard drive installed, I was unable to further test, therefore this unit is being sold as having unknown functionality. At a minimum, this laptop will need a hard drive and caddy for typical use. For portability, A battery will be required as well. 
 

Physical Condition

Good condition

Minor wear is likely including a very obvious scratch in the top cover

Display looks fine but does have an external mark where the screen meets the thumb stick - invisible when in use
