Shipping and Handling

Truckline Shipments

Large or heavy items are shipped via truckline and secured to a pallet for protection.
Shipments must be addressed to a location that is accessible by large trucks. Someone must be available throughout the day to accept and unload the item.
Shipments to residential areas or sites that require appointments, lift gates, inside delivery, or other special delivery requirements will have additional charges. These charges vary by service and location and must be paid before shipping. These charges are in addition to stated shipping costs even if it is listed as free shipping. You are responsible for disclosing the need for residential delivery, inside delivery, appointments, the need for help unloading, etc prior to us shipping the item.
Home based businesses are still classified as a residential delivery and will be subject to a residential delivery fee.

Return Policy

Discount Depot provides no warranty or guarantee beyond what is stated in the listing. Items that are listed "AS-IS" don't carry a DOA warranty and cannot be returned.

To return an item, please contact us through the eBay messaging system to request an RMA number. You must obtain an RMA authorization before returning the item.

Per eBay's policy.....we accept:

eBay Managed Payments as a primary method.
Payment upon pickup (This is for items listed as local pickup.)
Per eBay's seller protection guidelines, we have to ship to the authorized address used at the time of checkout. Address changes requested through messaging will not be honored.
