This is a seller refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad P50s. This laptop has a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro.

Used laptops have minor signs of wear and tear (Scratches, dents, scuffs, etc.)  We do not use stock photos, so please refer to the photos for external condition.

Issues: The “Power” key is sunken. There are small blemishes on the screen that are visible when the screen is dark (i.e.: turned off). The cover and the left palm rest have sticker shadows. There are scratches on the cover and bottom plate. The cover and the trackpad are worn. The screen is dim even when charged to max. There is a bright spot on the screen that are visible when the screen is white (i.e.: notepad). This unit has superficial wear such as scratches, scuffs, dents, and dings (this does not impact performance).

Additional information: Full HD display. This unit’s keyboard is backlit. The battery does hold a charge but we don’t know for how long.

Shipping:

The item will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 6 pounds with packing material. If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost.

We use both UPS and USPS for shipments.  For international shipments: the postage calculator in eBay does not take into account parcel size and may not be accurate so please wait for our invoice which will reflect the actual cost of shipping the item.  

All shipments are insured, and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do not ship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed and you will be refunded. The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion.

Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended for heavier items.  Contact us and we can schedule a time to have the item available at our facility. 

Payment:

Payments must be in the form of Paypal. If you have less than 10 feedback, please email us to confirm that you intend to pay. Payment within 48 hours of item ending ensures that your item is shipped within 1-2 business days of payment.  Any items paid for after that may be held over until the next weekly shipping cycle.

Returns:

Damaged or DOA items will be fully or partially refunded in accordance with the buyers wishes.  Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, but the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways and the item must be in original condition to be eligible for a refund.  Any issues clearly stated in the description will not be grounds for a full refund so please review the specs carefully before bidding. We do not grade the condition of items due to the subjective nature, and as such, please refer to the pictures for the exterior condition of the item. Used items will almost always show signs of wear like scratches and scuffs and will not be noted unless it affects the normal use of the item. We can provide additional pictures as necessary, but will not after the purchase of the product, so ask before.
