PAYMENT:

·         Payment must be received within 3 day after the auction ends. Some of our auctions require immediate payment.

·         We accept Paypal only.

SHIPPING:

·         The shipping rate and method of shipping is stated in the auction under the shipping and payments tab in the eBay listing above (in some cases if you require a faster shipping method please email us or chose a different shipping option in checkout).

·         We ship to Paypal Confirmed Shipping Addresses only. We will not ship to any other address.

·         Items are shipped the following day after payment is made (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday).

·         Items over 750 dollars in value will need to be signed for.

·         We are not responsible for shipments that are refused or returned to the seller due to an invalid shipping address. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

·         Sorry no International Shipping. We ship to USA only.

·         Any items shipped to California will be charged California sales tax (see rate under the shipping and payment tab in the eBay listing above.

·         We take great care in packaging our items in proper shipping boxes. However, if your item arrives damaged please hold the item and packaging material and contact us immediately.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

·         If an item arrives defective you must email me within the warranty period and we will attempt to troubleshoot. If an item needs repair or replacement we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the device back to us (return shipping is not refundable). We can either, refund, repair or replace/exchange the device for you.

·         Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts. My technicians are experienced and will detect any attempts that the item was misused, opened or tampered with. If this is the case, I will count it as fraud and the proper authorities will be notified.

WARRANTY:

·         A 30 day limited warranty is included with our items. This period starts from the auction sale date. If any hardware related issue occurs within this period we will repair, replace or refund the item for you.

·        This limited warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage, abuse or misuse caused by buyer. Also does not extend to accidents caused by buyer’s hardware or software modifications or repairs. Unless otherwise approved, only the seller is allowed to attempt any repairs or modifications.

·         Please be aware consumables such as batteries have a limited life span. These may not function as a new battery would.

·         Software related issues are not covered under our limited warranty.

DISCLAIMER:

·         Although our items work, we are selling them as hardware. Unless stated as brand new, these devices are previously owned. These are tested and described to the best of our abilities; however we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any installed software nor be responsible for any personal data.

·         Seller makes no other warranty to implied warranties of merchantability, or respecting infringement of any patent, trademark, or copyrights. In no event, shall seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages regardless of the foreseeability or cause thereof. In no event, shall the seller be liable for any damage to the loss of software, data, or media. Seller’s maximum liability for losses or liabilities arising out of or related to the product being sold hereby shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. ·         Can we ship outside of the USA? No, sorry we currently only ship to the lower 48, Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses only.

·         What is the history of this item? Most of our items are used, we do not know there exact history. They are fully tested and guaranteed working unless otherwise stated.

·         Do you offer local pickups? Sorry no local pickups are allowed, we only ship our items.

·         Can we ship to a different address than what is on the paypal payment? No, sorry we can only ship to the exact address on the paypal payment.
