Condition Description & Warranty

This product is a Reconditioned item. The Item is used and the appearance may show minor wear and/or scratches associated with normal use. The Item has been fully refurbished, tested and includes a 30-Day limited warranty. All products, in their original condition, have an unconditional warranty for an initial period of 30-Days limited to a full refund or unconditional replacement warranty. Any item beyond the initial 30-Day warranty period, not to exceed 30-Days, will be limited to the replacement of a defective part only, labor not included. All items must be returned in their original condition at the Buyer's expense. We offer free technical support limited to the equipment & software purchased. Any modifications and/or alterations will void the warranty. Buyer must contact Seller prior to returning and receive a RMA. Any returns without a RMA will be found to be an invalid claim. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges which will be refunded upon validation of warranty claim. Should there be any problems associated with your purchase, please contact us immediately for resolution. Our primary objective is to achieve 100% buyer satisfaction.

Shipping & Payment

Free shipping unless otherwise stated. All payments must be made via PayPal. Shipping addresses must be eBay/PayPal confirmed. All items will ship within three (3) business days from the date payment is completed. Business hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST Monday thru Friday. All weekend or holiday payments received will be processed the next business day. Items will be shipped FedEx ground/home or alternate method at our discretion. 9.5% Sales Tax will be applied to all California sales.
