This laptop is working great it has a few cosmetic flaws on the chassis below the screen there is a small crack on the black chassis as shown in picture 2 look at all the pictures for minor imperfections, but the second picture is the only major flaw computer works great. It will come fully reset to factory settings includes original charging cable, but no charging brick! Comes in original box with no manuals, but has the original frosted plastic film as shown in picture 11 if u have any questions let me know!
